FIS (International Ski Federation) governs all ski and snowboard sports worldwide, and is the organization which
grants a date each year to the Kiwanis Ski Club to hold a major international tournament. (click logo at left to visit

USA Ski Jumping incorporates the men’s top level team, and is committed to finding ways to grow the sport at all
levels. Currently, team athletes are competing in Continental Cup and FIS Cup events. USASJ has succeded in
getting jumping into the US Collegiate Ski Association’s 2011 Championships. They send competitors to the Pine
Mountain COC.
Women’s Ski Jumping USA is the parent organization of the VISA Women’s Ski Jumping Team, which competes on
the Ladies’ Continental Cup, and which will field a team in the new Women’s World Cup circuit beginning in 2010.
The US has one of the strongest women’s teams in the world; Lindsey Van became the first Women’s World
Champion in 2009. The Kiwanis Ski Club’s Nita Englund is a member of this team.
The US Ski Team no longer actively supports ski jumping, but USASJ and WSJUSA work cooperatively with USST
to field teams for the Olympics and FIS World Championships.
Berkutschi.com is a website that carries all the official ski jumping news from FIS. You’ll find many interesting
articles, videos & pictures ... but one of the really exciting features is that they carry LIVE scoring from World Cup
and Continental Cup events. In their left navigation bar, you’ll find COC-M (men’s) and COC-L (Ladies’) live scoring.

The Ski Channel is a cable network devoted to ski sports. It’s included in some cable
packages, but if you don’t get it, their website is available with just a click.
Ski Racing Magazine covers all phases of competitive skiing, jumping coverage spotty.
