The Selection Committee has approved the following individuals for induction into the American Ski Jumping Hall of Fame. Links will be added as
bio notes are completed ... if name is underlined, click to read bio (PDF format). There’s a link to our nomination form in the lower left corner of
this page; it can also be used to submit MISSING BIO INFO.
We’ve added “website” links to inductees who have their own web pages, which is especially important for those who are still active competitors.
We’ll also be adding “ext” links for extended bio info provided by inductee, family, or friends. Our basic bios are held to a single page for framing at
the exhibit in Red Wing; this gets around that limitation. If you have questions about supplying bio info, write to webmaster “at” skijumpingusa.com.

Three of this year's inductees
have won GOLD medals at
the FIS World Championships
... Johnny Spillane in 2003,
Todd Lodwick & Lindsey Van
in 2009.
Johnny and Todd compete in
Nordic Combined, which
involves both jumping
and cross-country, and both
have won US national titles
in ski jumping.
Lindsey Van holds multiple
US national women’s titles.
She became the first FIS
Women’s World champion
in 2009, the first American
to win a GOLD medal in
ski jumping at either the
Olympics or Worlds, and
the first US medalist since
Anders Haugen’s bronze
at the 1924 Olympics.

In addition to Demong, a pair
